What is needed from me to get the web design started?We utilize your logo, images, and text to ensure that your website is exactly what you want. All we need to get started is a general idea of what you would like the site to look like. The images, logos, and text can be inserted at any time during the design process. Just keep in mind that the quicker you provide us with this information, the faster we are able to provide you with design choices. Back to top
What if I need more web pages?You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs is $50 per page. If you have an existing website that you are looking to add on to, let us know and a project manager will get in touch with you to determine your specific needs and provide you with a quote.  Do I have to host with you?No! The Web Design Packages are offered as a stand alone product separate from our great deals on hosting. Once the design is completed you may take the entire website and upload it to your existing host. Back to top
What is the payment procedure?For our design team to get started on your custom built website, you must make full payment up front. We only accept payment through PayPal. If work has already begun on your project, the maximum refund will be 50%. If your project is more than 50% completed as defined by the project manager, then there will be no refund. Of course, E-Commerce Services has always prided itself on customer satisfaction, no matter what. So if an issue arises with the design of your site, we will work with you till you are completely satisfied with the final product. Back to top
What is considered as a revision?Each of our packages comes with a set number of total revisions available to it. When your project manager presents a design to you for review it is your responsibility to provide a list of changes and requests to him. This counts as one revision, so it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your web site exactly the way YOU! want it. You! and your input, are an integral part of the design process of Your! website. We can't build your site without it! Back to top
After my allocated revisions, how do I continue editing my site in the future?If you selected "Content Management", during the order process, your site can easily be edited through any web browser. If not, you can use any tool you are comfortable with to make changes. Our designs are compatible with Dreamweaver, Frontpage, NVU, WebEZ and many other web design tools. You can also subscribe to our Website Maintenance Service and let us make the changes for you. The cost of this service is $70 per hour. You may contact your us at any time to utilize this service and you will receive a detailed quote outlining the estimated cost and work to be accomplished. Back to top
Can you maintain my site in the future?Yes! we can. One of our Web Design offerings is our Website Maintenance Service @ US$70 per hour. There is no monthly or up front fee for this package. You only pay when you need it and for what you need! Any time you need changes made to your website, simply contact your assigned project manager and provide them with a description of what changes you need made. He will then give you a detailed price quote for your approval. This will ensure that you always know what you are paying for and provides you with an estimated time of completion. What is the turnaround time for designing a website?All of our plans have a scheduled time for release. How do I get listed in Search Engines?One of the many valuable features we offer is search engine submission. If you choose that as one of your package features or an add-on feature then our highly trained team will methodically submit your site content to all of the major search engines, e.g., Google, Yahoo, MSN. This will increase the speed in which your site is indexed by these search engines; which will allow you to begin driving traffic to your site quicker.
